At Copeland’s, they use only the finest hand-selected, USDA approved, 100% corn-fed Midwestern beef that has been naturally aged 28 days, ensuring a perfectly flavorful steak each and every time. Another popular choice is their "Fall off the bone" tender St. Louis Ribs, smothered in their homemade BBQ sauce. They have a wide-ranging menu that also includes traditional fare like hamburgers and chicken melts. Everything on the menu is made from scratch with only the freshest, premium ingredients.
